When I came across this guy’s way of promoting himself I have to admit I was pretty shocked, however, on watching the video it transpires that he has many friends who have also had the same type of body modifications done. What’s more none of them have ever asked to have the modification procedures reversed.
I myself can not see me ever wanting to use this particular method of self promotion, however, he is clearly happy with the result.
