In Between Society

A short but disturbing animated film I came across taught me something I hadn’t realised, namely, that we are rapidly running out of oil which is going to have major implications for each of our individual societies.

The animation itself is well done and humourous, however, the message it conveys is extremely disturbing.

If as I suspect, it was made deliberately to promote the peak oil scenario, then it did a very good job on me.

I spent the next hour (and more since then) researching what would or “will” happen when or if we do run out of oil.
