A little while back when the MP’S expenses uproar first took off I watched a certain Alan Duncan appearing on HIGNFY being flippant about the fact that he claimed nearly £5000 by mistake (it must have been a mistake because he agreed to pay it back) and seemingly pleading poverty with regard to his meagre £64’000+ MP’S salary and stating that he and his fellow members of parliament were living on rations.
Update: Unfortunately for “some reason” the HIGNIFY clip has been removed, therefor I thought this following video was worth sharing as a replacement.
Even more so as we hear that he was sacked by the Conservative leader David Cameron today.
